Seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for a 150+ bed facility with a memory care unit. Responsibilities/Requirements include:
- Directs the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, and State standards, guidelines and regulations.
- Assumes the responsibility for center operations in the Administrator's absence.
- Conducts the nursing process sessment, planning, implementation and evaluation der the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a current Pennsylvania RN in this state.
- Must have 3+ years of Director of Nursing Experience Gained in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
