Join the Systems Engineering team with a huge mission owning the Intake/Change Control process contributing to building and maintaining the strategic roadmap. You will work closely with world-class Architects, Designers, and PMs who are all on the same team dedicated to delivering the best products. We're currently looking for a Sr. Manager Engineering Intake and Process Management. You will be part of a team who is the primary channel between Business Partners, Product Owners, Engineering & supporting organizations. As Director of Intake and Process Management you will be responsible for the ownership of the Intake/Change Management process for the quarterly CIO program portfolio resulting in a strategic roadmap. A successful candidate will have an established background in developing customer-facing experiences, a strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Capture and assess program requests from multiple partners to identify impacts to committed priority programs that drive the strategic quarterly roadmap.
- Translate program requirements into an achievable road map/action plan.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work across an organization that is experiencing rapid growth and transformation.
- Lead the requirements development and ensure "operational excellence" capabilities (usability, availability, resilience, security, etc.) are built into the platform from the start.

- Build and sustain relationships with partners and management to understand their issues, get buy in for improvement opportunities and execute recommendations.
- Provide guidance and coaching to partners within the business responsible for ongoing sustainment.
- Help discover the most valuable problems to solve, and how to organize and plan to solve them as quickly as possible.
- Gather, communicate, and share lessons-learned to executive management.
- Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach.
- Report on status of Intake/change requests and performance to management.
- Analyze, evaluate and make changes to the Intake/Change Management and Planning processes to improve efficiency, time to market and business partner satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- 10+ years related experience
Preferred Qualifications - PMP certification a plus
- ITILv3 Foundations, Certified Scrum Master or Agile Evangelist is highly recommended
- Strategic acumen and problem solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans
- Operates in a challenging delivery environment with the ability to drive order and structure
- Must have experience in Agile Product Planning and Approaches
- Technical knowledge for high level analysis
- Strong organizational and follow up skills managing the change control process
- Must demonstrate the ability to identify key assumptions, gather data to investigate those assumptions and develop actionable recommendations
- Must having coaching and leadership capabilities and experience
- Should be flexible in work style and be able to appropriately deploy, mentor, and develop junior talent within the team
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to shift message delivery and style based on audience or agenda
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and adjust execution plans as needed to ensure success of the goals for a project

- Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and mapping systems/process/value streams
