Job Description The incumbent will lead the Business Operations team analysts, decision support, and vendor/contract management in deploying best practices for project prioritization, resourcing and execution. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and deploying a worldwide process for monitoring performance, including financial and operational metrics, in collaboration with cross-functional partners including Finance, Human Resources and the Medical Leadership Team.
Responsibilities KPIs and Business Performance
Establish, track, monitor, and report performance metrics related to business performance. Collaborate with Worldwide Medical Leadership Team to develop and report KPIs, collaborate with functional teams to consolidate and standardize metrics characterizing performance. Deliver actionable business insight and reporting. Collaborate with Human Resources to develop capacity and financial models, identifying long-range planning considerations and recommendations. Partner with leadership on development of site financial metrics, identification of improvement opportunities
Developing and overseeing Medical's Long-Range Planning and Medical Resource Planning Services in collaboration with Finance and Human Resources
- Develop Long Range Planning tools and services that drive therapeutic strategy - ensuring alignment to risks, gaps, strategy, and vision
- Guide Medical's participation and involvement in the Integrated Product Planning Process (IPPP)
- Manage Medical's Annual Operating Plan to ensure financial resource accuracy and alignment to strategy
Lead Business Process Teams
Manage Medical Processes across Worldwide Medical. Creates, plan and directs strategies to improve efficiency of current operational systems and reduce operating cost for profit optimization.
