The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will be responsible for selling Ascom's solutions including nurse call, clinical workflow, mobility and the unified reporting suite.
Purpose: Ascom is a global leader in workflow solutions for healthcare and industry. We provide an end-to-end enterprise software platform and solution portfolio with reporting and analytics that enhances work flow and business outcomes. We are expanding our business in Southern California and are looking for a Regional Sales Director (RSD) to grow our customers and partnerships in the region.
This individual contributor role is critical to our business and presents a tremendous opportunity for a seasoned sales professional. You will be responsible for maximizing Integrated Delivery Network Hospital Systems and Community Hospitals in the region and non-healthcare industry opportunities. Your approach will be a combination of direct touch strategies and capable of working at all levels from the basement to the C-suite in collaboration with our network of Certified Partners.

Experience 5 years of direct sales or leadership experience in the healthcare market or has served as Director of Nursing, Director of OR, Director of ER or Director of Informatics.
History of high achievement
Understanding of business process improvement
Experience developing channel partnerships desired
