Position Description: Safety-Kleen is seeking a Director of Parts Cleaning Technologies, known internally as a Marketing Director. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned LOBs, profitability and performance communication on related programs/products, managing inventory, distribution and vendors on related program/products.
The Responsibilities Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Responsible for all aspects of assigned LOBs, including constant evaluation and communication of performance and profitability.
Build project plans and execute against those project plans to fully deliver approved development opportunities and the projected benefits.
Team management and accountability including effective presentation and communication to target audience along with great follow up and ability to change mid-stream to achieve targeted results.
Responsible for both project updates and financial impact analysis on all approved projects to senior management on consistent basis.
Develop new products and programs to complete or complement our offering to our target customers and maintain and enhance our leadership position.
Enhance existing products and programs to yield maximum value, driving customer acquisition and retention.
Work with vertical marketing, R&D, key suppliers, field personnel and customers to discover and present business development opportunities that will extend our leadership position and drive consistent meaningful growth in earnings per share.
Develop value propositions through differentiation and quality of customer experience.
The Person The ideal candidate should be an intelligent, motivated, and accomplished leader.
Needed experience includes:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Masteregree in Business Administration is a plus.
4+ years working in a relevant position.
