Under the supervision and direction of a licensed nurse, CNAs will assist and care for residents by performing activities of daily living in a caring and respectful manner. Helps maintain each resident's dignity and comfort.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Certification from a Nursing Assistant Program and listed on the CNA registry with current State and Federal eligibility required.
- Possesses knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrates learning through the orientation process in approximately one month.
