International Tax Director

If so, we are looking for you. We are looking for an International Tax Director to join our team. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Global Tax Planning in San Francisco and will be a member of a worldwide finance team that strives to be best-in-class.
Responsibilities If this role is right for you, you already know what it entails, but here are our ideas on the role. We want someone who loves coming to work, has a growth mindset and enjoys learning new technologies. In addition, we are looking for someone:
- Who thinks outside of the box and is excited about creating and implementing planning strategies to help minimize the company's financial tax rate, reduce tax impact in P&L and reduce its cash tax expense
- Who is eager to continue learning and staying abreast of US and international tax developments
- Who is organized and can manage and support US and international tax audits
- Who has a proven track record in leading international tax planning and structuring projects including corporate acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, operational initiatives and other corporate led projects
- Who is a team player and will collaborate with the Head of Provision and Compliance, review quarterly and annual Income Tax Provision and Deferred Tax required for consolidated financial reporting, support cash tax and legal entity income projections for FP&A and work closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure proper accounting of complex tax planning initiatives
- Who is compliant with SOX documentation and processes related to international taxation

Minimum Qualifications - 10-15 years of international corporate taxation experience
- JD, LLM in Taxation and/or MST
- Creative thinking
- Flexible mindset and willingness to embrace change
- Experience with the technology industry and a robust network of peers and advisors in the technology industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization
- Proven track record of project management and organization skills
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
