- Salary Range: $15.02 - $22.59 per hour

Functions/Duties of Position
The Research Assistant 2 primary responsibility is to support the general research activities of the Principal Investigator. The Research Assistant 2 will provide primary support for the following functions:
- Preparing and maintaining all animal and research protocols
- Ordering of laboratory supplies and animal ordering
- General lab maintenance including solution preparation, help with breeding, genotyping, and behavioral testing of laboratory animals
- Maintaining lab website
Job Requirements Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree with major courses in field of research and no experience, OR Associate's degree and 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at one time
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills: both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while being collaborative in resolving problems
- Proficient computer skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field
