The Director of Implementation manages the development of highly efficient processes, implementation resources, system integration protocols, and testing of Experian Health products and services to meet client business needs and to achieve company revenue and cost goals through providing consultative services to external clients. Advises clients, business partners and internal personnel in maximizing the effectiveness of Experian products and services.
Job Functions 1. Plans, staffs, reviews and organizes subordinate supervisor or staff assignments for a department or major group within a department. Provides leadership, coaching, guidance, training and staff development.
2. Responsible for staff salary planning, personnel actions, and performance management process.
3. Manages project assignments, staffing capacity and timeliness of project events. Ensures standards and quality are being adhered to by staff and clients.
4. Remains aware of internal company environment, competitive environment, and market trends and developments within functional area. Applies knowledge and provides input to senior management to develop policies and procedures that affect departmental operations and may impact other functional areas.
5. Manages the development, implementation and maintenance of Experian Health products and services ensuring compliance with contractual implementation schedules and federal and state laws and regulations.
6. Consults and collaborates with clients, business partners, and internal organizations in the development, testing and implementation of Experian Health products and services. Develops client implementation and integration strategies for Experian Health products and services to meet client business needs.
7. Participates with Sales and Marketing in the proposal process to the client by determining their testing, implementation and production requirements.
8. Directs the requirements gathering and definition process.
9. Works closely with development groups on the specification and implementation of the new applications and enhancements

Qualifications BA/BS or equivalent experience.
6-8 years functional experience.
3-5 years supervisory experience.
Knowledge and Skills - Strong knowledge of Credit or Financial Industry.
