We are searching for a Director of Channel Sales Program & GTM Strategy. The Director will be responsible for driving sales program planning and strategy improvements. This individual will be the business partner to regional sales SVP for Dell EMC Partner Program. They will work with CPAM (Channel Partner Account Manager) and PRD (Partner Resource Desk) teams, supporting partners and Channel sales teams in the program and Channel GTM strategy both proactively and reactively. Provides regional insight to in quarter and post quarter rebate performance.
Other responsibilities include: - Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
- Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
- Oversees the development of new models and diagnostic tools
- Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and end-to-end operational objectives of the group
- Interacts with cross-functional groups to solve business and customer issues
- Communicates regularly and effectively with leadership and team
- Manages to business level metrics
- Establishes focus for operational teams, managing directors at a global level
- Drives coordination with cross-segment functions
- Provides overall leadership among sales planning and strategy leaders and influences how others engage/interact with client set
- Coordinates global programs to design and implement planning and strategy programs that have a significant impact on the success of the sales force
Requirements - Typically 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Typically requires 10+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
