This position is directly supervised by the Regulatory Supervisor Consultant of the Business Center within the Prosecution Services Unit of the Office of the General Counsel.
- Incumbent processes requests for copying and scanning of case files. Ensures scanned files are scanned to share drive. Ensures supplemental materials received are scanned and included with original scanned materials.
- Assists and serves as back-up to AAII for processing intake of electronic case files.
- Uploads case related documents into Axiom Pro accurately and returns to staff upon completion.
- Deliver, pickup and process courier materials, including sorting, assigning, and distributing to staff daily.
- Process all supplemental materials by downloading from Axiom Pro, uploading into Legal Files, and appropriately updating activity codes in LEIDS.
- Maintain case disposition tracking log.
- Incumbent is responsible for maintaining flash drives used for Board and Probable Cause Panel meetings, including deleting flash drives and making copies upon request.
- Processes requests for CDs, DVDs, and flash drives.
- Other related duties as needed.
