We are currently seeking a Creative Director in our NYC headquarters to partner with creative leadership and create trailblazing 360/Social campaigns for potential clients for Laundry Service and Cycle in order to accommodate our rapid growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional, experienced, and well-rounded individual who can use both sides of their brain. This role is ideal for a creative leader that thinks big-picture and dreams about how to evolve the organic conversations across multiple verticals including TV, social, digital, print, and OOH. Successful candidates must have direct experience in new business campaigns, pitching, conception, and mentorship.
Ongoing responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the account and cross-functional team leaders to manage senior level clients
- Developing and delivering thought leadership and creative solutions that strengthen clientssual market distinction and leadership position
- Directing creative strategy and execution
- Motivating and inspiring creative teams and serve as overall creative lead across art direction, photography, and design
- Directing all phases of creative work from concept through production
- Promoting creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability
Requirements - 6+ years experience providing strategic brand and business counsel to top-tier clients for fully integrated 360 campaigns including social
- Prior experience leading new business pitches from concept through delivery
- Ability to develop high-level strategies and adjust alongside shifting goals
- Success in developing big ideas that forge strong emotional connections between consumer and brand, and supporting those ideas with thorough research
- Ability to look big picture instead of day-to-day
- Ability to own a room - you've got strong storytelling and pitching abilities
- Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
- Commitment to excellence rking nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
