Job Title Director, FP&A - Operations & Technology

Responsibilities Here's what you'll do in this role
- Drive forecasting, budgets and long range plans for the O&T Portfolio
- Perform variance, trend and KPI analysis across the O&T Portfolio
- Preparation of monthly operating review decks and supporting documents
- Develop, analyze and communicate annual, quarterly allocations to respective NBCU Business Units; foster an environment of financial transparency with business units through formal updates of cost assumptions and variances
- Create and manage centralized reporting structure including OCF metrics, executive dashboards, headcount and personnel costs analysis as well as ownership and development of reporting tools
- Partner with O&T business unit finance teams to develop and manage standardized KPI/Metric reporting
- Oversee headcount process for O&T portfolio, including all portfolio analysis and reporting
- Generate ideas to streamline current FP&A processes
- Ad hoc projects and analysis as needed, for various O&T Leadership and NBCU Corporate

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting or similar roles within the media/entertainment industry
- Strong financial analysis background
- Strong computer skills including Excel: able to create forecast models, pivot tables, and PowerPoint: able to create presentations
