Title of Job: Director of Retail Marketing

Company Description: A global, fast growth cosmetics company.

Location: Irvine, California

Responsibilities:

·Lead retail marketing team and work cross functionally with to drive retail engagement, foot traffic, branding, impressions and overall retail sales growth.

·Develop & define assortment strategy and promotions

·Lead 360 product launch campaigns

·Identify opportunities through internal reporting and competitive analysis

·Manage budget

·Direct & guide global retail marketing team

Requirements:

·Cosmetics experience.

·10+ Retail Marketing experience.

·Must have managed teams in the past.

·BS in Marketing

·Ability to travel NA and Internationally 20-30% travel.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
