Tevora is looking for a dynamic Account Director that will advance our mission to help businesses secure whatost important. As Sr. Account Executive, you are the main driver for new business generation and a consultative client liaison that drives top line revenue and gross profits by selling Tevora services, implementing vendor-agnostic solutions, being proactive with clients during budgetary cycles, staying abreast of industry initiatives, and growing strong relationships with clients and prospects alike in your territory.
Responsibilities - Responsible for managing and growing account relationships, building future sales pipeline through demonstrated account and territory planning, and closing deals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Consistent above 100% of quota achievement
- Ability to work with the consulting team to close complex security opportunities at the C-Level
- Partner with key vendor representatives to identify and close security software and hardware opportunities
Requirements - 5 years' selling experience with 2+ yearsrk experience in Security Consulting or Technology sales
- Demonstrated ability to drive relationships and previous above quota achievement (100%+)
- Bacheloregree in Business, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited 4-year university
- Knowledgeable across a wide range of technical disciplines like Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Penetration Testing
- Knowledgeable about vendor offerings in the security industry such as Security Operations, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Advanced Threat, Behavioral Analysis, and Next Gen endpoint solutions
- Communicate effectively (written and verbal) across business and technical boundaries
- Work independently without detailed guidance
- Punctual, Presentable, Personable, and Professional
- Relationship focused, with terntality
- Well networked with peers and colleagues
Experience - Working knowledge of channel sales model
- Formal sales training (Miller-Heiman, Sandler, Solution Selling etc.) and proven proficiency in implementing sales tactics
- Leadership, accountability and self-starter qualities required
Other Qualifications - Valid drivericense and reliable transportation
- No bankruptcies or negative reports on credit report
- No criminal record
