Requirements - Strong business acumen with ability to put standards and systems in place
- Delegator and ready to be the team leader for executive chefs for multiunit operation
- Recipe development
- Quality control checks and consistency checks
- Highly organized individual & efficient
- Ability to define budgets, and lead team to meet food & labor targets
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experienced in Board of Health maintenance and complying with city standards
