Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Leads the organizationorporate finance activities including corporate short-term and long-term debt issuance and share repurchase return analysis; leads the review of equity valuation and analysis for the organization and peers
Monitors the debt and refinancing schedule; forms liability management recommendations on new debt issuance and refinancing; monitors and forecasts leverage and coverage ratios
Assists with quarterly share repurchase recommendations including open market repurchase, accelerated share repurchase, etc. and the associated EPS, valuation and return analysis
Develops and monitors historical and forward-looking equity valuation metrics; the analysis will focus on company and peer price-to-earnings, price-to-book, return on equity, intrinsic value, etc.
Monitors and reports on the Company and peer secondary spreads on outstanding debt instruments
Formulates analysis around weighted average cost of capital, return of capital, IRR, and NPV to assess proper capital deployment strategies
Leads discussions with senior management on corporate finance activities
Oversees the Treasury FX portfolios and execution
Engages the organizationank relationships regarding debt markets and opportunities, and defining strategic analysis and capital markets transactions
Develops Board of Director, Global Committee meetings, and senior management presentations on a wide range of corporate finance topics
Keeps senior executive management up-to-date regarding debt refinancing requirements, debt markets, and opportunities
Provides assistance to corporate development on potential acquisitions; may recommend funding strategies and participate in due diligence
Works with internal counsel and underwriters during the debt issuance process; may be responsible for documentation, due diligence, and other tasks leading up to an issuance
Acts as primary banking relationship contact related to debt capital markets
Supports Investor Relations, FP&A, Global Investments and other lines of business on an ad-hoc basis
Performs other duties as required
Qualifications Education & Experience Bacheloregree in finance, accounting or a related field and ten years of professional job-related Treasury or Banking experience with a focus on capital markets, corporate finance and financial risk management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Five years of experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity
MBA and/or Chartered Financial Analyst(CFA) preferred

Knowledge of due diligence related to debt issuance
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to prepare executive level reports
Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office suite software
