Job Title Director, Information Security, Card Services
Job Purpose About the Role: The Director of Information Systems Security will be responsible for the ongoing management of information security policies, procedures, and technical systems in order to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all organizational information systems. The individual will be responsible for implementing, managing, and enforcing information security directives as mandated by the Fiserv Security Framework. The individual will be required to assist in the development of architecture designs, changes, and configuration management in support of information technology security initiatives; conduct technical evaluations, and make recommendations to the Information Technology group.

Essential Job Responsibilities: - Ensure the ongoing integration of Information Security with business strategies and requirements
- Ensure that information systems are adequately protected and meet Fiservecurity Framework certification requirements
- Work with vendors, outside consultants, and other third parties to improve information security within the organization
- Collaborate on issue resolution with technical staff and provide support to cross functional information management teams
- Document engineering standards and proposals

Required Qualifications: - Experienced in the management of both physical and logical information security systems
- Strong technical skills in application and operating system hardening, vulnerability assessments, security audits TCP/IP, intrusion detection systems and etc.
- Must have proven experience managing complex, enterprise security projects
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess a high degree of integrity and trust along with the ability to work independently
- Excellent documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Bacheloregree in Computer Science or equivalent; related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification
- CISM (Certified Information Security Management) preferred
- Ability to weigh business risks and enforce appropriate information security measures
- Previous work experience in banking or financial industries.
Travel Required:
- This position does require up to 25% annual travel due to the multiple locations supported.
