- Coordinate strategic and business development activities
- Create and evaluate complex financial models
- Domestic and International travel while working flexible hours to meet time-sensitive deliverables
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Two to four plus years of M&A experience
- Excellent analytical and technical skills with a strong command of M&A concepts
- Ability to work on confidential material, and effectively manage time and priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Due to the nature of our work US Citizenship is required
