Job Description The Director of Capture Management will provide subject matter expertise in the field of USG program capture execution, and will lead development of bid strategy, Position-to-Win, teaming, proposal strategies and competitive analysis for SSL priority programs. This leader will mentor SSL capture teams in required resourcing, people, processes and tools for successful capture. The role will involve integration with Strategy and Technology, enabling earlier solutions and architecting of winning strategies and solutions through the development of Pwin improvement plans.
Requirements The position requires a US citizen with active TS/SCI clearances and an engineering degree with at least 10 years of experience in program management and technical experience in space systems including developing concepts, architectures, prototypes and/or operational space segment capabilities.
Candidate should have strong technical and program management background in aerospace indusrty and space systems. The position requires extensive understanding of the US Government and the US intelligence community, to include knowledge of key industry capabilities and offerings. The position incumbent must be able to form and work with distributed teams of personnel with varied backgrounds (engineering, science, business development, and sales) and demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills. The position requires strategic thinking with an ability to operate in a time-sensitive capture and proposal environment.
