New position! 80%+ travel. Provide business support to Retail Pharmacy Operations.
As a Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS) Director of Retal Pharmacy Operations, you will maintain responsibility for providing strategic planning, skill development and direct leadership to the Retail Pharmacy Team, oversight of field utilization of temporary resources, supports new business and consulting and is responsible for achievement of the Retail Division budget to plan.
Required Qualifications: - Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
- Current pharmacist license in good standing
- 4+ years of direct management experience
- Strong understanding of operations including Lean processes, Human Resources and Budgeting
- Experience using computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and pharmacy information systems.
- Strong knowledge base of state and federal laws regulating retail pharmacy
- Strong business acumen with an understand of profit and loss statements and GPO contracting
- Pharmacy Residency and/or M.B.A. preferred
- Must have a drivericense in good standing
