Job Description 75% - Manage, develop, and direct software development projects utilizing accepted project management methodologies. Develop program budgets, project plans, including project life cycles, project requirements, resource requirements, change management processes, risk management, key milestones, communication mechanisms, and deliverables. Manage cross-functional teams. Serve in the roll of Director in their absence.
15% - Provide direction, supervision and support to staff on cross-functional teams. Establish deadlines for staff as needed for project life cycles and project requirements.
10% -Represent ATS and AAI to the technical community at large. Participate and/or collaborate in grant development and may serve an outreach role to establish system collaboration opportunities. May participate in new external collaborative product development.

Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field and ten (10) years relevant experience.
- 7+ years IT Program Management experience
- 5+ years in a position working directly with clients to identify their IT needs, bridging the gap between business and IT.
- 2+ years supervising professional staff.
- Evidence of strong basic computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- History of working in environments requiring excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Position Overview Agile Technology Solutions (ATS) a center within Achievement and Assessment Institute is looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Director to join its team. This individual will be part of a high performing technology team that is focused on designing and developing next generation learning solutions that are cross platform compatible. Day to day activities will include managing cross-functional teams, developing program budgets, project plans, resourcing plans, coordinating testing, and providing regular status reports to senior management and the client. The Associate Director will be responsible for identifying issues/risks and proposing solutions to mitigate those items to ensure a quality product is delivered on time, within budget.
