Key Responsibilities: - You will operate in accordance with the approved budget, while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
- You will delegate, manage and organize projects and establish priorities consistent with company objectives
- You will ensure that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
- You will implement direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
- You will maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well as other departments within the operation
- You will promote the professional growth and development of the entire foodservice team
- You will foster strong inter-departmental relations and integrate the department with the facility plan of operations
Preferred Qualifications: - A BS degree preferred
- Have a least 2 years hotel, restaurant or foodservice management experience
- Keep abreast of industry trends, share information with all staff
- Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills
- Excellent overall computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
- Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
- Exceptional customer service abilities
