Fives Cinetic is seeking an experienced HR Director for the Farmington Hills, MI location. The HR Director is responsible for leading and supporting strategic initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain the talent required to meet and exceed organizational objectives and customer requirements.
In addition the HR Director is responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, workforce effectiveness / organizational development, individual development planning, recruitment / selection, compensation & benefits, and other workplace initiatives. The incumbent will provide leadership and counsel regarding issue resolution, policy and process development, and policy adherence to ensure legal compliance as well as maintaining a strategic and operational view that links the role of HR to business needs. This role is also responsible for executing Fivesrectives & Guidelines related to human resources.
Compétences requises KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provides a talent & engagement perspective related to strategic corporate initiatives. The position also serves as a member of the North American HR Leadership Team.
- Responsible for executing key HR initiatives and managing key HR programs including leadership assessment & succession planning, recruitment & selection, performance management, workforce effectiveness/organizational development, individual development planning, compensation & benefits, etc.
- Consult with leadership team concerning employee engagement & performance issues. Provide guidance and leadership training to help managers and employees optimize team work, skill development, and activities designed to promote and maintain the highest level of employee engagement.
- Supports FivesWAY initiatives (People, Customer/Value Selling, Operational Excellence, & Innovation) to ensure a talent pipeline that can deliver ensure Fives can meet the growth and strategic planning targets.
- Supports Fives global / NA HR Initiatives; Collaborates with internal & external HR network & other venues to learn best practices, keep abreast of latest trends, and to improve access to a strong talent pipeline.
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance. Investigates any matters that have been brought to the companyttention either by an employee or government agency.
- Directs development and maintenance of human resources information systems to ensure record keeping and reporting requirements are accurate and timely. Create and distribute monthly reports relating to employee headcount and personnel activity, injury statistics, and workerompensation reserves / expenses.
- Protects the interest of the Company and employees in accordance with the Fives Directives, Code of Conduct, safety practices, and appropriate governmental laws and regulations such as EEOC, OSHA, FMLA, and ERISA.
Expérience requise REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Bacheloregree from a four-year accredited college or university in human resources, business administration or related field required; SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
- A minimum of 7+ years in an HR-related position with management experience. Demonstrated HR Generalist knowledge/experience in employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and a good working knowledge of current HR legal issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated consultative, influencing, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
- Effective coaching & counseling skills required.
- Strong computer & systems skills required.
- Experience with HRIS systems to include Kronos and ADP preferred.
