Position Description Leads the program portfolio by working with senior leadership to understand requirements of project initiatives and growth opportunities; coordinating with other functional areas (for example, Store Operations, Central Operations, Merchandising); reviewing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs); developing action plans for projects and overall portfolio; gathering
input from project teams and senior management; consolidating portfolio information and providing an overview to leadership; monitoring the effectiveness and implementation of continuous improvement programs; and making recommendations for strategic operational activities.
Drives the prioritization, alignment, and execution strategy of various projects by developing the project execution roadmap for initiatives that impact daily operations; evaluating project data in order to identify issues and concerns; identifying necessary changes to programs and ensuring the changes are incorporated; prioritizing projects and adaptations; identifying and
communicating interdependencies across operations and business units; evaluating project execution results; and reporting project status and results to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, retail operations, strategy development, or
related field OR 6 years' experience in project management, retail operations, strategy development, or related field.
2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
Additional Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
4 years' experience managing strategic initiatives.
4 years' experience developing operations strategy and overseeing project implementations.
