Position Title: Director, Inside Sales
Position Location: Round Rock, TX
Salary: $135,000 annual
Hours: Monday iday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Summary of Duties: Lead strategy to develop and implement business development programs across Americas region. Direct portfolio managers to deploy services renewal sales tools globally. Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Provide analytical and project support to a business unit, segment, or function by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing current business intelligence and product/market/share trend data. Oversee the analysis of competitive market strategies and support recommendations for action. Organize, lead, facilitate, and establish operational objectives for cross-functional project teams. Diagram and evaluate existing processes. Develop budgets, schedules, and process/performance requirements, and develop metrics that provide data for process/performance measurement against the requirements. Plan, perform, and implement data-driven process improvement initiatives. Implement policies and define approach to strategy achievement for specific area. Allocate work among team members and guide them, ensuring the team understands the connection between company's strategy and their work. Conduct periodic team reviews to ensure delivery of business objectives. Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery to sales numbers from Small business to Global 2000 customers and technology deployments for sales tools. Serve as key strategist to ensure the team forecasts program risks and implementation issues and develops alternative solutions/strategies. Ensure the team is compliant and uses latest program delivery tools and techniques. Adjust team/organization strategy based on customer and business partner feedback. Lead the team to deliver innovative solutions that contribute to corporate goals. Build a culture of data driven planning and decision making. Build a long term development and succession plan. Apply influence and negotiation skills to drive business results. Collaborate and liaise with key stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
Qualifications: This position requires a Master's degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering, Engineering, Business, Management, or related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or 6 years of experience in positions in which the required experience can be obtained. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering, Engineering, Business, Management, or related field of study plus 8 years of experience in the job offered or 8 years of experience in positions in which the required experience can be obtained, in lieu of a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience. Requires demonstrated experience with annual forecasting/planning; leveraging BPI/Six Sigma methodology to execute programs; executive presentation; analytical acumen; business partner management; and sales team management. Requires demonstrated proficiency with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Salesforce.com (SFDC). Requires PMP certification.
This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program with a bonus of $250.
