As an Associate Director of Creative Development, you will help drive our content business through the ideation, positioning, and packaging of our custom content offerings for Vox Creative. Ideal candidates for this role will be a one-of-a-kind creative thinker who is passionate about storytelling for advertisers across our platforms. Not only do you bring innovative content solutions to our advertising partners, but you have passion for supporting your reasoning with data and insights. You can be a trusted advisor to our clients, welcome the opportunity to collaborate closely with our agency partners, and feel at home in the front of a room. As the lead Strategist for our Chicago office, you can be the voice of Vox Creative in that market and help to steer the growth of a local team. This position will report to the Head of Strategy and will be based in Chicago.
What you'll do: - Collaborate with sales, account services, product, editorial, analytics, and other members of the Vox Creative team to:
- Ideate branded content solutions that reflect the POV of all eight Vox Media editorial networks
- Help build and strengthen the reputation and perception of Vox Creative in the Midwest market by representing Vox Creative in external client meetings
- Build and present compelling proposals that solve client objectives through content-based solutions and visual storytelling
- Deep dive into Vox Media insights and industry knowledge to build compelling data-driven content strategies
- Innovate and create at the speed of our fast-paced culture
What you'll bring: - Passion for all eight Vox Media editorial networks
- 5+ years experience as a Creative, Strategist, or Creative Strategist at a digital publisher or agency
- Strong foundation in brand or content strategy and creative thinking
- Strong speaking and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing settings
- Journalist-worthy writing and editing skills
- Flare for building visual treatments known to i>
