LOCATION: Quinnipiac University
Join our team at Quinnipiac managing a $3.7M+ Retail location offering exciting Dining options for our students & faculty!
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Maintain excellent relationships with client and customers
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students
- Implement new Retail Culinary programs in conjunction with Chartwells Marketing and Culinary team
- Act as a liaison between Chartwells, school administration, staff, students and the community
Preferred Qualifications: - BS Hospitality degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
- Higher Education Retail Dining experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
