Job Description: Summary: The Sr. Director for Talent Planning and Performance will lead, manage and coordinate enterprise-wide talent management programs using a results-driven focus. Implement talent programs and enable delivery of enterprise strategic talent initiative. This position will also lead full life-cycle talent acquisition, as well as maintain effective programs for retention, promotion, workforce and succession planning.
This position will focus on priorities that include: Employee value proposition, talent planning (workforce needs and career framework), talent acquisition, performance assessments, talent profiles/reviews, succession planning and workday functional management of talent content and processes
Responsibilities: - Develop and operationalize the enterprise talent management approach and delivery requirements, working collaboratively with HR leadership and other areas of HR. Work involves fully understanding our business strategy, industry and current and future talent needs.
- Equip HR Business Partners to deliver talent management consistently across the enterprise.
- Implement effective talent acquisition practices to deliver on talent requirements.
- Measure and evaluate organizational design M&A activities, re-organizations and span of control activities.
- Analyze and maintain talent data (e.g., Succession Planning) to inform, but not manage, leadership development programs and initiatives.
- Work closely with HRMS to translate talent profiles and candidate pools into actionable insights supporting strategic talent initiatives.
Qualifications: - BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related concentration preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Min of 10 years+ of experience in a human resources and talent management environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
- Prefer Professional Service or Healthcare experience, but we will consider other industries as well.
- Strong relationship building and strategic partnering skills.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to manage complex business initiatives and effectively meet the needs of businesses.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Products
- Strong, effective, persuasive communication skills - both verbal and written
- Proven people management, motivation and engagement skills.
- Excellent facilitation skills
