JOB LOCATION: Lexington, MA
Title: Director, Global Health Economics
Duties: Function as Health Economic expert to provide expertise in the design, analysis, and dissemination plans; Propose, develop, implement GHE studies; Contribute to global product strategy; Ensure scientific quality and integrity of GHE projects; Identify, evaluate, retain, oversee global network of consultants/CO to execute GHEORE evidence generation deliverables; Serve as GHEORE product team leader; Lead cross-functional product teams; Maintain awareness of global HEOR requirements, regulatory legislation, payers and HTA trends and requirements.
Requirements: PhD in Health Economics, Pharmacy, or Pharmacoeconomics, and 3 yearsperience in job offered or 3 years Research Consultant- HEOR, or Manager, US Health Outcomes or similar with experience interfacing with internal cross-functional decision making teams and external scientific bodies in the global biopharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Skills required: Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction, input, leadership in HE evidence generation activities to optimize market access success; Proven ability to develop product value propositions; Current on global drug development, health economics, and pharma outcomes research; Early/late stage model development to demonstrate cost effectiveness of health technologies.
