Job Description SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for managing the Group Sales and Production Accounting process for the Food Service McDonald's Business Unit which includes: Monthly Financial closing, reporting and analysis and Weekly Sales Margin closing, reporting and analysis, Weekly Production costing closing, reporting and analysis. Capital Budget & CIR preparation, analysis and reporting. Sales Accrual/Direct Sales/Indirect sales/SG&A expense rate management, budgeting, analysis and reporting. Annual Divisional sales and production budgets, monthly projections, analysis and reporting. Divisional Sales and Production Balance Sheet management, reconciliation, reporting and analysis to include Accounts Receivable, Finished Goods Inventory and Sales Liabilities. Divisional Sales and Production Quarterly Reporting to include Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Financial/Sales Operational Metric reporting and analysis. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual preparation and presentation of TSN/MCD Contract reporting to McDonald's Corporate Supply Chain management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Requires broad knowledge in general professional or technical field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an academic field directly related and essential to the job being evaluated.

Experience: From 10 to 15 years of experience. C

omputer Skills: Requires standard computer skills including generating spreadsheets, word processing and power point templates. Also must be knowledgeable in SAP Financial applications, PCS Costing application and SIM SOE applications.

Communication Skills: Relationship management and communication skills. Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Travel: 10 or more domestic trips per year.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel in multiple departments or work units who perform similar and/or interrelated tasks and activities.

Special Skills: Detailed knowledge of all business cycles, systems and processes that impact Sales and Production. (Order to Cash, Generate Demand, Purchase to Pay, Production, Payroll, Maintenance, Shared Services).
