Due to company growth and expansion, Essen Health Care is seeking an Associate Medical Director for the Urgent Care division, Metro Urgicare. The Associate Medical Director will be responsible for on-site urgent care services under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for a physician with two or more years of clinical experience seeking career growth. What yoube doing
Trains and orients new clinical staff on the use of the Metro Urgicare electronic medical record in accordance with the policies of the department.
Schedules regular on-site team meetings of the urgent care division to provide high quality medical services to patients
Cares for his/her own panel of patients for which he/she provides medical diagnoses, treatment and advice to patients in accordance with New York State regulations and the scope of his or her training
Participates in the meetings as required
