Your new role This is a Preconstruction Manager job where you will have overall responsibility for your own portfolio of preconceptual design projects with values in the range of $40m - $120m. The projects will focus on Industrial and Warehousing projects in the South East.
What you'll need to succeed You will need a degree in Construction Management or related discipline. You will need a significant construction experience overall with recent, demonstrable and long term success in Preconstruction in an Industrial or Warehousing related Contractor.
