Global Process Manager - Talent

We are a seeking for great talent to join our Global Process and Continuous Improvement Team. This role will have the responsibility for working on initiatives to deliver standardized, scalable global Talent processes enabled through technology solutions and operationalized via HR Shared Services teams.
Under the direction of the Global Process Lead lent, this role will work as part of a team to drive and define solutions to business issues, through utilization of HR systems and tools in support of talent initiatives. Work is performed independently under limited supervision. This person is frequently required to work with confidence under deadlines in an environment where they may be required to stand firm to the global initiatives while partnering with regional and local teams.
This position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to use their broad experience in HR/ Talent area, systems, project management, change management and influencing skills to elevate and continuously improve our processes technology solutions and delivery, all within a dynamic, fast-paced, global company. This person will require lots of energy and dedication, thriving on ambiguity and leading by example. Influencing skills, standing along and the ability to clearly communicate and collaborate across the globe will be critical. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both thought leadership and tactical execution and is comfortable with hands-on responsibilities (a doer) and leading projects (collaborating with and leading others).
The role will have a truly global reach and work with senior stakeholders. This role will partners with key, cross functional partners: Talent Centres of Expertise (CoE), HR Shared Services Team, our IT organization as well as third party consulting firms as required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Partner with Global Talent CoE and MAS leader(s) to expand the global footprint of our global standard processes, operating procedures and KPIn the Talent space
- Nurture and sustain the global Performance and Succession processes and enabling technologies at Mars
- Lead specific projects through planning, design, implementation and support across Process, Solutions and Services that deliver against the 1-3 year Talent roadmap
- Partner will business stakeholders to evaluate and consult on solutions, support business requirements definition and oversee the timely and quality delivery of defined scope
- Assess gaps and/or issues through a global lens, with an end-to-end view and ensure recommended resolutions are aligned with our Global Operating Model
- Lead a governance process to ensure consistency and the compliance with global processes and standards across HR teams in the talent area
- Ensure key performance indicators for Talent are globally measured, and reported efficiently and effectively
- Guide the design and development of a training curriculum and operational documentation to drive higher adoption of our global process
- Manage and drive continuous improvements efforts and prioritization with the Talent CoE and Functional Expert Community
- Be an escalation path to address systemic issues and/or unlock resourcing needs
- Continuously scan the external environment for innovative technologies that align with our Talent strategy
Education & Professional Qualification
- Bacheloregree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge/Experience
- 7-10 years of experience Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and/or other HR functions with HR technology
- Experience leading major communication, program implementation and change management activities
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the wider business environment; strong business acumen
- Experience prioritizing and making tough choices amongst multiple priorities and with influencing partners to set priorities.
- Technology savvy with a keen interest in leveragingTechnology functionality to drive business value
- Collaborates, in a matrixed environment, with multi-cultural and remote peers/ project teams
- Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Demonstrated ability to work interdependently, working in partnership across boundaries with strong influencing skills while building trusting and credible relationships
