The Cross-Industry Strategy and Sales (CISS) group for Industry is focused on landing our differentiated value proposition with account teams and partners. CISS supports the field with all cross-industry assets, support for emerging industries and management of our cross-industry programs and rhythms of the business. Within CISS, the Business & Operations team is responsible for industry solution governance, data stewardship, role excellence and segmentation.

The Worldwide Cross Industry Role, Data Steward & Insights Manager will lead all data hierarchy and taxonomy requirements owned by WI. This includes, but is not limited to Worldwide Managed Account List (WWMAL), Taxonomy, and Segmentation.

The role will own the standardization of industry specific pipeline, TLI metrics and partner metrics. In addition, this role will coordinate and manage all corporate and field roles owned and managed by the Industry team- this includes, but is not limited to leading the Role Excellence (RolEx) process, compensation program design with Worldwide Incentive Compensation (WWIC) and working with Global Talent Acquisition and Finance where applicable. The role will also take the lead in coordinating, compiling and maintaining the me agreementstween WI and its stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own industry Managed Accounts List (MAL) update and develop ongoing governance for industry MAL coding

• Own corporate industry taxonomy including annual system wide update and ongoing maintenance with industry teams

• Own segmentation updates and analysis

• Standardize Integrated Business Planning (IBP), MSX (CRM tool), Deal Reg and Starlight (C+E) reporting for consistent cross-WI consumption

• Support analytical requirements for QBU/MBUs

• Own the consolidated Priority Solutions master list and provide monthly reporting and updates

• Own coordination of RolEx process across the 6+ field roles and 10+ corporate roles

• Own compensation plan design and development for these roles including territory definition, RBI and CBI metrics and regional/segment differences

• Develop and execute standardized reporting process for incentive comp across all roles

• Develop framework and process to execute standard frame agreement between WI and its key stakeholders

• Work with LT tains the creation, maintenance and reporting of frame agreements

Experiences:

• 5+ years related experience in Data Insights or Data Analysis or Business Planning

• 5+ years related experience in Sales Operations or Sales Operations Management

• MACH MBA with a first experience at MS is appreciated but not a requirement

Skills & Knowledge:

• Ability to work and build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers

• Must have proven skills in financial, marketing and IT management

• Developed speaking and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities

• Intermediate conflict resolution and negotiation skills

• Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively

• Highly analytical and experience with data-driven decision making

• Strong desire to innovate, grow, and learn about new industry trends

• Industry experience in one of the following industries is a plus: Education, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Government, or Health
