Manage the day-to-day operations in a Pest Control Branch consisting of multiple Pest Control Technicians
Answer service questions
Report to and accountable to the Branch Manager
Ensure branch tasks are completed
Facilitate branch logistics
Review logistics reports
Perform product and equipment checkout
Receive product and equipment shipments
Track warehouse and vehicle inventory
Maintain and repair equipment
Assist in training employees
Responsible for warehouse operations, vehicles, and product and equipment inventory
Ensure quality of servicing through focusing on branch specific logistics
Must be able to mentor all branch employees by showing them what and how things are to be done
Perform pest control services as needed
Assist Branch Manager as needed
Accountable for all of the above items
Qualifications
Ability to interact with customers, determine the root of their concerns, provide answers to their questions, and demonstrate value of the services provided
Ability to interact with Service Technicians and show a genuine interest and concern about them, their families, and their performance
Excellent communication and organizational skills to proved exceptional customer service
Two years of management experience preferred
Demonstrate and practice a high level of integrity and professionalism
Highly motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
Must have a current and valid license with no more than three major violations, three minor moving violations, and/or one at-fault accident on driving record in the past 3 years
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required, proficiency preferred
