Key Responsibilities: - You will manage internal and external banquet and catering events
- You will ensure successful operations of catering functions including transportation, setup, operation, and clean up of all events
- You will ensure on time arrival and quality control of events
- You will generate new catering sales
Preferred Qualifications: - Associates Degree is required in Hospitality or Culinary, BA/BS Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of corporate or hotel catering experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must have great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to multi-task and be flexible to change
- Must exhibit client orientated business practices
- Ability to grow catering business
