Tenure-track appointment as Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering beginning in August 2017.

Requirements: The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field; the ability to teach a wide range of undergraduate engineering courses, as well as an ability to serve as a mentor for undergraduate engineering students.

Experience: Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred: structural mechanics, systems design and simulation, computer-aided design, advanced manufacturing, and renewable-energy systems.
