Right now, we are seeking an IT Manager, AML Compliance based at our office in Montvale, New Jersey.
In this role, you will manage a team of systems analysts responsible for implementing our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance process across the globe. You'll be responsible for consistently developing best practices in a continuous improvement environment. Furthermore, you'll work with various global contacts in an end-to-end systems integration roll-out project that improves the way we move money for better.

- Demonstrate leadership and strategic thinking skills through multiple successful product release cycles
- Collaborate and communicate well with senior staff as well as mentor and grow staff and build high-performance teams
- Work effectively with others to identify and resolve issues
- Share information and keep team members and supervisors informed
- Act as a key technical visionary in designing and developing sophisticated software systems through complete product lifecycle, prioritizing and solving operational and strategic issues and delivering high quality software on schedule
What you will need to succeed:
- Four (4) year technical degree in computer science or related degree.
- Four (4) plus years of related technical and business experience
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in the Financial Industry required
- Intimately familiar with application frameworks, software methodology, large/complex/integrated systems, component design, design patterns, best practices, standards and processes, current and emerging technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to make sound judgments under pressure
- Demonstrates the capacity to work independently
- Strives in fast-paced environment with a high degree of urgent requests
- Anti-Money Laundering Compliance experience is preferred
- Experience with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements a plus
- Experience with software product configuration and releases a plus
- Prior experience with financial systems, point-of-sale systems, rule engines, and payment engines is a plus
