Learn and master Oracleaxymiser A-B testing tool to build A-B testing and personalization our web site to increase conversion rate on our web site of prospects filling out lead forms. Also learn and master our Adobe Experience Manager web content management tool to produce high quality web pages in line with our brand that drives leads and satisfaction among our user personas. Work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners to understand the strategy brief, build pages in the content management system, gain necessary approvals and maintain quality of web pages.

We are looking for a talented, collaborative A-B testing expert to increase our conversation rate on our web site for lead forms. The candidate should be an experienced web producer who can operate an horvel with our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system. The ideal candidate should have strong values, great communication skills, great project management skills, and the ability to work with many diverse international people, especially in the morning.

Responsibilities

• Master and operate Oracleaxymizer A-B testing tool. Be the company expert for this tool, to maintain its health, monitor the contract, troubleshoot, describe its capabilities to others, and to get the most out of the toolapabilities to drive our goals.
• Master and operate Adobe Experience Manager content management tool as an hori>
• Collaborate well with stakeholders and team
• Work in an agile manner in person with the Sr. UX/Web Designer and other roles to redesign the web site.
• Ensure dozens of web projects are delivered to scope, on time to budget.
• Ensure we follow process on web project in-take, prioritization and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in marketing, sales, brand, agencies and IT to bring our brand to life in a quality way and for our many web sites.
• Make sure the sites work well and look good on all browsers and devices for all users
• Ensure that our web pages deliver against the needs of our three top user personas.
• Work well in web conference calls with overseas partners, especially in the morning

Requirements (Must have)
