The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving field marketing programs focused on the RSA SecurID Suite product line. This position is aligned closely with the Field Sales organization and responsible in leading the field marketing RSA SecurID specific programs for the AmericaIt requires you to work closely with other Field Marketing Managers, the Geo and Vertical Field Marketing Managers and cross functionally with the both the Channel Marketing, Global Marketing Leadsand Corporate Marketing teams . This position is critical in driving pipeline, contact acquisition, lead generation and other field activities that support the business.
This position will lead all aspects of the field marketing program that builds and accelerates pipeline, increases customer and prospect engagement, and supports closing opportunities. This position is multi-faceted, collaborative and fast paced. It requires an individual that enjoys aligning with Field Sales leadership and executing in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the power of Field Marketing, and the opportunity to accelerate the growth of the business.
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as subject matter expert with regards to go-to-market and marketing strategies in developing and driving a high ROI field marketing strategy for products, geographies, and accounts; providing the lead-gen and awareness building our sales teams require to meet their goals. Managing quarterly and annual marketing plan for region/product
- Develop and nurture high-trust relationships with sales leadership, including Area Vice Presidents, District Managers, and Account Managers in developing and implementing pipeline-generating programs
- Guide partner marketing initiatives, in collaboration with channel marketing, and strategically leverage co-op and MDF spend to generate maximum net new leads. Maintain open and effective relationships with targeted partners and distributors.
- Research, identify, design, develop, and manage programs and events
- Ensure that field and channel marketing output is aligned to and echoes the overall marketing vision, the specific vision for the SecurID Suite, RSArand, and campaign-specific goals and messaging.
- Ensure there is a cohesive and well-administered pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy.
- Ensure coordination and alignment with the extended marketing teams for an integrated, unified solution messaging to prospects and customers
- Work collaboratively across the Americas team and with our global counterparts in meetings and global interlock sessions to share insights and best practices, address market issues, and sharpen the last-mile field marketing performance.
- Generate insights into, and proactively address, market trends and competitive activity. Use this insight to ensure evolving corporate, product and marketing strategies meet theatre and product market needs.
- Analyze historical results data (e.g. budget and tactic metrics) for continuous improvement.
- Represent in-region requirements for input into the solution messaging and digital strategies
- Maximize RSAeach, visibility, and impact by developing and managing relationships with vendors.
- Ensure that RSAace in the marketplace rough the speaking and thought leadership roles we manage gments sales goals, aligns to RSAessaging, and reaches & inspires our customers.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Closely working with the sales team and BDRs around your marketing programs for alignment and to garner feedback and closed loop reporting
- Creation of SFDC campaigns and full campaign management via Workfront platform
- Internal communication and collaboration, including general updating of program and event calendars
- Submit for budget and updated status with leadership, providing regular budget updates and reports, particularly towards the end of each quarter.
- Provide logistics for programs
QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably at a security company
Track record in field marketing, with proven accountability for driving leads and pipeline, measuring and optimizing effectively.
Success in leveraging Account Based Marketing marketing strategies
Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales and business development teams.
Experience working with Marketo, Workfront, and SmartSheets
Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with emphasis on time management
Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, in a group, and across organizational boundaries
Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various tasking situation
Strong analytical skills with focus towards details
