Responsibilities Associate Product Manager ll report to the Product Development Director. This role will serve as the primary point of contact with internal and external parties in relation to all aspects of customer contract management including routing, assuring appropriate approvals, managing mass updates of terms and conditions, and becoming a subject matter expert.
Responsibilities Include: - Develop a full and thorough understanding of all HomeServe USA products
- In conjunction with Product Operations team, develop appropriate Terms & Conditions process mapping to ensure accuracy and compliance of our customer contracts.
- Help departments including fulfillment, call center, and contractor management to implement new products.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal customers on T&C matters.
- Act as dlemantween multiple internal departments for any initiative related to migration or updating of existing customer contracts.
- Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies.
- Handle on-going issue and change management
- This position works cross functionally to maximize operational and financial efficiency. In particular, the Associate Product Manager will act as a resource for other internal departments including Legal, Compliance, Fulfillment, Finance, and Marketing.
- Manage the implementation of new and modified contracts.
- Provide internal support for the resolution of operational problems as they pertain to the terms and conditions process.
Qualifications - Bacheloregree required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines.
- Must possess initiative, balanced judgment, objectivity and the ability to plan and prioritize one's own work to assure maximum efficiency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while communicating back to management as required.
- Ability to assume a leadership role within workgroups as necessary
- Strong attention to detail, process management experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Leader with strong verbal/written communication skills
- Collaborative, team player
- Good computer skills, including demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
