Your role Equities Technology is looking for an experienced, well organised and articulate individual to lead our Business Analysis and Project Management (BAPM) team. We're looking for someone to:
- run and participate in projects from across Derivatives, Financial Services and Cash
- partner with experts across the Technology and Business organization
- think strategically, be commercial and make business requirements that hold up over the long term
- keep our stakeholder informed and up to date
- continue the focus on developing and maintaining a high performing team

Your team You'll be running the BAPM team globally and be based in New York. The team is diversified from a skills perspective and from a location perspective. They are based all over the world in Hong Kong, Japan, Sydney, India, London and New York.
Your experience and skills You:
- have worked in the Equities business or Technology
- understand the rudiments of Equities Sales and Trading front-to-back and likely have a deeper knowledge of certain aspects depending on your work experience
- like a challenge; you're comfortable with change; you're not afraid to make tough calls
- have an understanding of what it takes to run successful projects in financial services
- have experience of building a team and coaching staff to attain their maximum potential
- thrive in an environment where very few days are the same
You are: - a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- not afraid to challenge, no matter who you're dealing with
- an expert at building networks and connections
- known for hitting deadlines and staying within budget
- a strong leader who likes to build high performing teams
