What you'll do on a typical day:
- Provide account management support, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms, and solution design and pricing
- Manage customer expectations and provide recommendations on strategic initiatives to the customer
- Manage contracts of assigned accounts and all account driven initiatives
- Develop long and short-range plans and goals for the organization
- Ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals are attained at each client engagement
- Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities
- Drive and ensure a Lean culture
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 8 or more years of relevant experience
- Proven logistics or supply chain management knowledge
- Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical
- Previous project management experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
