Job Description The Latin America MD Cluster team manages a diverse array of Macro Distributors (MDs) across 30+ markets. As the cluster embarks on an aggressive expansion and growth journey, more emphasis will need to be put on digital platform, business innovation and premium Focus activities across the different markets to drive consistency, accelerate growth and alignment to global new tools.
The Premium & Digital Manager will support Below-The-Line (BTL) activities to differentiate our lubricant offer in the region through new digital platform and data insights, with focus on premium acceleration growth and will have a straight connection with Above-The-Line (BTL) communication activities to generate more integration and data driven brand build strategy working together with Brand and communication manager to grow brand awareness & preference to specific targets.
- Represent the cluster in all global Digital forums acting as the focal point for collaborating, adapt and integrate to our cluster offer. Prioritize tools & data insights to our business needs and make it relevant to our partners
- Assume central control of cluster digital platforms. Need to guarantee synergy and consistency through whole cluster managing performance and benefits from the tools. Supporting and guiding local development, leading regional developments and global projects adapt to our cluster
-Lead new tools development looking for technology providers that could improve our services at LATAM Cluster
- Develop and manage Premium incentive programs for LATAM MD Network
- Responsible to support premium volume and margin target deliver, creating regional programs to guide our MDs to support growth using marketing programs as: incentives, promotions and others
- Track premium performance monthly and engage cluster on it priority, manage and track all digital platform performance with data analyses and insight generation to improve cluster business.
- Manage premium program and digital platform budget
Requirements - Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
- Bachelor's degree; Masters/MBA in Marketing with emphasis in digital era preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Minimum eight (8) years commercial & marketing experience with a minimum five (5) years experience working with Marketing Programs - mainly incentive programs management, promotions, Business strategy support and analytic data tracking.
- Proven experience with digital tools & Customized Marketing programs based on data insights preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams face-to-face and virtually.
- Proven knowledge & experience in Lubricants preferred, as is knowledge in communication and consumer trends within Latin America.
- Complex change management experience and ability to work multiple projects effectively at the same time
- Proven ability to draw insights from complex sets of data and present to senior management and customers in minimal turnaround times
Demonstrated strategic mind set being able to connect tools and manage suppliers to deliver business improvement development.
