Princi Bakeries- featuring Princi food, signify where we are going as a company. Webring coffee and food to life in a fully immersive, theater-like, hospitality-inspired experience unlike anything the coffee or retail industry has ever seen.
The Princi Bakery associate manager is a hands-on leader serving to anticipate and assess the needs of customers and enable their teams to successfully deliver the Princi experience for partners and customers alike throughout operational zones (Princi / Reserve Coffee/ Mixology). Partnering with the store manager, they are highly innovative, have a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement through people.

Qualifications Summary of Experiences
- Two years progressively responsible retail experience and 1 year supervision experience OR 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in restaurants, hospitality, and/or big box and specialty retail focused environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
- Minimum High School or GED
