Purpose: The Senior Manager of Omni Merchandising will be responsible for the alignment and execution of an Omni-channel US Market product range. This role will manage the US product range from Concept to Creation to deliver a best in class product assortment that meets the needs of the market. This role will also track the productivity of the range in season looking at key sell-in and sell-thru metrics.
Key Accountabilities: - Lead Range Architecture strategic planning for the US Market and work collaboratively with DTC, CTC, and BU teams to enable efficient range creation, channel overlap, and segmentation.
- Manage US market commercial input submission including line planning to ensure that channel needs are being briefed prior to the creation process.
- Provide strategic recommendations for the US Market range at the collection, franchise, product group, and price band level thru the analysis of historical market sell-in and sell-thru data.
- Deliver a seasonal product range that meets brand and financial targets, including global segmentation, MSL, GFR, and GLS overlap.
- Ensure there is alignment across channel on product range, pricing and intro dates prior to going to market.
- Advise stakeholders on the productivity of the range throughout the season. Analyse current season BU performance based on product efficiency, market overlap and pricing strength

Qualifications: * BS/BA in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of related product management and/or retail experience
