Position Description Develops documentation and resources for the Space Allocation Committee and campus leadership for best utilization and allocation of space as a university asset. Validates facilities inventory data to ensure data accurately supports institutional decision making. Oversees online mapping and GIS Systems to ensure that all campus maps and floor plans are accurate and up-to-date. Oversees relocation project management staff to ensure that relocations projects are completed on time and within budget.
Major/Essential Functions
- Coordinate with vendors, BMC, Communication Services, Telecommunications, and other service providers as needed. Also, coordinates with ODPA Data Management personnel to ensure that Facilities Inventory is updated (post-move).
- Ensures project documents are completed and stored appropriately.
- Provide support for university relocation projects.
- Provide support for university space planning initiatives.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements for relocation services. Additionally, develops/monitor project budgets and tracks/reports expenses.
- Tracks and communicates active construction/renovation project status and planned construction project timelines.
Occasional Duties Performs related job as duties as required.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus four years progressively responsible related experience; OR a combination of education and/or experience to equal eight years.
Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with database protocols, CAD programs, building code (ADA and egress) and space planning. Preferably with an architecture/interior design or equivalent background.

Minimum Hire Rate 4,000
