Overall Job Purpose:
The Senior Team Manager will execute cross regional process standardization to agreed plan and operational efficiencies within the team to agreed targets.

Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 yearssiness Process Outsourcing experience desirable
- Experiecence in mulitple organizations
- Proven strong leadership skills and critical thinking
- Exceptional client relationship skills
- Fleuncy with P&L and financial controls
- A track record of strong operational delivery
- Proven track record of driving change in people and processes
- EA Program knowledge is essential
- Ability to exercise managerial judgment
- Ability to take suredsks in a compliance and governance framework
- Abillity to effectively communicate across and amoung diverse constituents
- Change Management skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equilvelant in leadership experienc

Key Result Areas - Responsibility for operational management for all EA program lines.
- Deliver first class customer service to Arvatoustomers & partners hieving all Tier 1 & Tier 2 metrics, NSAT & CPE targets, and all RLOT related targets and participate in Post process in closes.
- Manage complex and multiple stakeholders at senior level
- Maximise productivity levels within the team, working with peers to identify & implement synergistic activities to maximise productivity across the wider organisation.
- Employ strategic & tactical planning, to successfully lead the team in a changeable business environment, driving improvements in KPIs, quality, and overall service delivery.
- Promote teamwork across the organisation, contributing significantly to initiatives driven through ROC based, cross-ROC and/or cross-functional teams.
- Establish objectives and goals for the team managers, directed at process improvement, increased efficiency, and improved service delivery.
- Anticipate the various needs, challenges and requirements facing the team, and work within the leadership team to find positive & creative solutions, minimising negative impacts on business.
- Promote a positive and professional environment, maximising morale, achieving results through consensus, while ensuring that all areas of responsibility are handled fairly and consistently.
- Support PMP & RLOT process at every month and quarter end with actively participating in the PMP shift and executing the business close process all-round the year.
- Provide coverage for RPDM, ROM or any other management resource as required for line of business.
- Any other duty or responsibility in keeping with the general ambit of this role and as reasonably assigned by Global line of business director and Regional Operations Manager.
