Position: Manager, Interior Design Quality/Vehicle Craftsmanship

Your Role:

As the Manager, Interior Design Quality/Vehicle Craftsmanship, you'll be working with some of the industry's brightest minds to bring our vehicles to market. Basically, you'll ensure that FF's products leave the factory with best-in-class fit and finish.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Product Development or related degree.

· 5 years of experience in your field

· Proven knowledge + expertise, and passion for Product Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing of consumer products

· Strong familiarity with interior and exterior suppliers and their processes

Preferred Qualifications:

· Proven expertise with vehicle design, materials and manufacturing, automotive grade paint, plastics, coatings and textiles

· A diverse skillset including dimensional management, cubing and quality control

· A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision

· Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies

· A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting

· A genuine fascination for the craftsmanship field and a commitment to global change

· A true sense of determinationd hopefully a sense of humor
